Walking Taco Bowls

We do a version of this for dinner at least 2-3 times per month! We do it a little bit more lazy (it’s not this pretty and usually we don’t use some of the same ingredients). But the idea is the same. I think for our next Taco Tuesday, I will step up my game and try this one I found!
